O L I G O watches are automatic mechanical watches. Fully wound, they have a 40-hour power reserve. Their precision is + or - 6 seconds per day.
In order for the watch to be as accurate as possible, we recommend winding it manually before putting it on your wrist (crown pushed against the case, turn the crown about 20 turns upwards - clockwise)
Their water resistance is 3 bar (30M). This means that they can withstand occasional splashes such as hand washing or rain, but they are not designed to be immersed in water. We therefore advise you to remove your O L I G O during a shower or a swim to avoid the risk of damaging it.
O L I G O bracelets are made from vegan and eco-friendly materials. They are therefore likely to evolve over time depending on how the watch is worn (exposure to perfumes, creams, hydro-alcohol gel, water, etc.).
A mechanical watch should be serviced every 5 years to ensure the reliability and precision of the movement. During the overhaul, the watch and movement are completely dismantled, cleaned, worn components replaced, and then the whole unit is reassembled and checked. The warranty after a full service is 2 years.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") define the contractual relationship between the customer (hereinafter "Customer") and Oligo, Olivier Gaud, 23 Rue des Rois, 1204 Geneva (hereinafter " Oligo ").
The Customer acknowledges that he has read these GTC and accepts them in their entirety as part of the contract concluded with Oligo. Oligo does not accept any modification of these conditions by the customer.
These GTC can be modified at any time by Oligo and replaced by new conditions, which will be published on the website www.oligowatches.com. Any order placed after the publication by Oligo of the new version of its general terms and conditions of sale is deemed to be acceptance of the latter. The general terms and conditions must be accepted during the ordering process and form an integral part of the sales contract. They are also available for download (PDF file) on the website www.oligowatches.com.
If any provision of these GTC is invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part within a certain scope, the remaining provisions of these GTC shall remain in force and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be applied to the extent permitted and according to the intention of the parties.
Prices and Payment Terms
- a) Orders with a delivery address in Switzerland are invoiced in Swiss Francs, including 7.7% VAT. The prices charged to the Customer are those in force at the time the order is received by Oligo.
- b) Orders with a delivery address outside Switzerland are invoiced in Swiss Francs, excluding taxes. The prices charged to the Customer are those in force at the time the order is received by Oligo.
Swiss VAT will be deducted automatically from the online shopping cart during the ordering process (as soon as a country other than Switzerland is selected as the delivery country).
The Customer should be aware that additional costs may be incurred for deliveries outside Switzerland, in particular VAT in the country of import and possibly customs clearance costs. In addition, EU customers may be charged a "non-EU" payment fee by their bank if the bank collecting the payments is located in Switzerland. All additional costs are to be borne by the customer.
The Customer must also pay the delivery costs, if any, which are indicated in the order form.
Ordering and concluding the contract
By placing an order, the Customer undertakes to purchase the products he/she has selected in accordance with these General Terms of Sale.
The sale is concluded when the Customer has validated his/her shopping basket by clicking on the "VALIDATE" button and a confirmation has been sent to him/her by e-mail by Oligo. For each order a confirmation e-mail is sent. Prior to written confirmation from Oligo, orders placed by Internet do not constitute a binding contract for Oligo.
If an ordered product is not available, the Customer will be informed.
The price of the order placed on the www.oligowatches.com website is due immediately upon placing the order. It can be paid online by credit and debit card (Visa, V PAY, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club or Union Pay), Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer. Online payment transactions are handled by the online payment provider SumUp Payments Limited, based in London, UK (www.sumup.ch).
The price of the order made by e-mail request is immediately due upon ordering. It can be paid online by credit and debit card (Visa, V PAY, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club or Union Pay), Apple Pay, Google Pay via a payment link sent by Oligo to the Customer or by bank transfer. Online payment transactions are handled by the online payment provider SumUp Payments Limited, based in London, UK (www.sumup.ch).
All orders are firm and definitive for the customer upon receipt of the order form or any personal communication indicating an order by Oligo.
Oligo reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in the event of insolvency, refusal of payment by the bank or unresolved disputes relating to previous commitments.
All orders accepted by Oligo are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. Responsibility for the goods passes to the Customer upon receipt by the carrier. The delivery of the ordered goods is made by Swiss Post or FedEx Priority.
Delivery costs for new products ordered on the website www.oligowatches.com or directly from Oligo are at the expense of Oligo.
All other delivery costs (including return after warranty or out-of-warranty service) shall be borne by the Customer. These delivery costs may vary from country to country. If necessary, you can contact us to obtain the estimated delivery costs for your country.
The costs of returning the products by the Customer to Oligo are always and exclusively at the Customer's expense (particularly in the event of withdrawal), unless otherwise stated in writing by Oligo to the Customer. The Customer is responsible for insuring the shipment of products sent to Oligo. Oligo will endeavour to have the goods delivered within sixty (60) days, unless otherwise indicated by Oligo. Oligo will inform the Customer of any delay in delivery but shall not be liable to pay any compensation for such delay.
Oligo grants a 3-year (36-month) warranty on all its watches from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions set out in this warranty. This guarantee is total (parts and labour). The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship existing at the time of delivery of the purchased watch. Check the condition of the goods delivered on receipt to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as damage due to transport.
The bracelets and linings may leave some coloured marks on the skin when wet or sweaty. These are harmless and disappear when rinsed with water. We do not guarantee that any marks on the clothing (e.g. rubbing of the leather on a shirt) can be removed and do not take responsibility for them. These traces are not a sign of poor quality or defect of strap, but a characteristic of a natural product.
The warranty does not cover :
- normal wear and tear and wear and tear due to ageing (e.g. scratches at crystal; alteration of the color and/or material of the bracelets, such as leather, textile, rubber);
- damage to any part of the watch resulting from improper/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, breakage of the crystal, etc.), improper use of the watch;
- any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from the use, non-operation, defects or lack of accuracy of the watch;
- the watch handled by an unauthorised person or whose original condition has been altered beyond the control of Oligo. Thus, watches opened, modified, transformed or repaired by a third party not authorised by Oligo are no longer covered by the warranty.
This warranty does not affect the buyer's rights against the seller or any other mandatory rights he may have against the seller.
Without limiting the scope of these general terms and conditions of sale, no claim for damages of any kind whatsoever in respect of delivered products, non-delivery of products or otherwise shall exceed the amount of the purchase price of the products which gave rise to the claim.
All other claims against Oligo, e.g. for damages additional to those defined in this warranty, are expressly excluded, with the exception of mandatory claims that the purchaser may have against the manufacturer.
Return of goods / right of revocation
The Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise his right of withdrawal and return the goods, provided that he has previously informed Oligo by e-mail. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been made at the request of the customer or that are clearly personalised, in particular "one-offs" made to the customer's wishes.
Before returning any goods, the Customer must contact Oligo (firstname.lastname@example.org). Unless otherwise agreed, the shipping costs and any financial costs are to be paid by the Customer. The products will be returned by the Customer at his own expense to Oligo at the latest within fourteen days of his decision to withdraw.
The products must be returned in new condition, intact and complete in their original packaging.
Oligo will then reimburse the Customer for the price of the product(s), except for the shipping costs, at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which it is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw.
Refunds may be deferred until the products have been recovered by Oligo.
Products returned incomplete, damaged, used or soiled (if they are not in a condition to be sold) cannot be taken back and will therefore not be refunded.
The parties undertake to comply with the provisions of Swiss data protection legislation. They undertake to take all measures that can reasonably be expected of them from an economic point of view and all possible technical and organisational measures to ensure that the data generated and exchanged in the course of the execution of the contract does not become known to unauthorised third parties.
Personal data may only be processed insofar as this is necessary for the performance of the contract. In addition, personal data may be passed on to a company affiliated with one of the parties to the contract and established in Switzerland or abroad, provided that this is necessary for the performance of the contract and that the provisions of Swiss data protection legislation are observed.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by Swiss law. The provisions of the United Nations Convention of 11 April 1980 on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.
Any dispute concerning this Agreement shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland, with recourse to the Federal Court being reserved, subject to mandatory legal provisions to the contrary in matters of consumer law.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are valid from 02 February 2022.
